ONEUI7 has been released in the UK for Flip6 so far (I'm on Vodafone) so hopefully S23 and 24 should follow soon.

I can't get the one to 7 update on my samsung s24 ultra. The latest version I have is one ui 6 with security update from January 2024! I have factory reset my phone, I have also connected my phone to a windows 11 computer to see if I could force an update but nothing. I have also done the official test and my software is official according to the samsung App.

There's plenty of reasons it could be taking longer for you compared to others. 1# would be provider- who delay it for extra checks.

Hi @kpnutz, and welcome to the Samsung UK & Ireland Community forums. 

If you are not being given the option to update your S24 Ultra to One UI 7 then this means it is not yet available for your phone. Software updates get rolled out in batches by network providers, so not everybody gets these at the same time. I'd recommend checking for further software updates every day or two, I'm sure you'll get the chance to enjoy it as soon as possible.

Yeah same here I still haven't received it, unlocked from amazon, now there is a chance that our phones have been imported meaning we won't receive the "over the air" update so we'd have to use smart switch on a laptop but you've already done that, my only advise is probably to wait a couple more days and try again, I'm going to try in few days but I'm not very optimistic
