No updates security/os updates

The last update on my S24 Ultra is: 

SM-S928B/DS

I am in UK, don't know how to proceed with this.

Have you tried using smart switch on a computer. Flashing won't change the EVR in the CSC code but as I said I don't think that's the problem.

Can't really see where the problem is. The baseband is correct for the EE April security patch firmware and the CSC code is correct. You should be on the firmware in the screenshot but something is stopping it updating.

The firmware base band is the same for EUX and EVR.
