My eu s24+ doesn't show battery health and battery cycles

A friend of mine just for a second hand s24 and he can check in battery information the health and the cycles of his battery but when I go to see the same info it isn't shown. I read that this info is geo locked to the eu market and not shown to other countries but I also live in eu and bought the phone new from here. What can I do to get that info.

I think this only applies to the simple s24. I have the s24 and I can see the battery health and its cycles.

Why would that be the case it's the same phone just bigger screen

I honestly don't know, I think the company knows better.
