Has the function never worked, or do you experience the inconvenience following a specific event?
Please reproduce the anomaly and within three minutes, send us an error report, following these simple steps:
- Open the pre-installed Samsung Members application
- Go to Support
- Select the item Report an error
Next, you will need to enter a detailed description of the fault and attach the system log data by ticking the box at the bottom ‘Send system log data’ and finally select ‘Always’.
Our Research and Development Team will be able to examine the fault by analysing the system log data and provide you with feedback as quickly as possible.
