Help s24ultra brand new doesn't work

Hi,
Is less than a week that I have the new s24 ultra, but it's got many software problems. I bought it online from Samsung website.
I've been to a samsung shop and the technician told me to return and let me send another brand new one. But I have no idea of how to do it. Can you help me.please? Thanks

I assume you ordered from the Uk Samsung Online Shop @cloppy 

In the in-transit box, there should be a return label and contact details.

Contact Samsung support on this app. And when you send it back stay away from S24s, lots of issues especially with the camera. Get the S23, or even the S22. S24s are a big failure. Ask as we make the mistake to buy them
