Gallery on S24 Ultra stopped syncing

Hello!

My gallery stopped syncing in December. What is strange, 2 or 3 folders do sync, but they are not important (FB downloads, edited photos duplicates).
All the syncing is enabled on all albums. OneDrive has permissions unchanged.
Phone is up to date.
I even tried to create some new folders and move the photos there. Did not help either.

Hello @TetaKura

Have you tried Clear Data and Clear memory in setting of Gallery aplication in Storage optin (Setting-Aplications - fid Gallery-Storage) ? For sure backup your pictures to PC for sure. After the clearing of setting try set up synchronization with One drive again.

Hello! I tried this, unfortunatelly did not help. Looked like syncing started, but later the last sync day was 22nd December 24 again and no photos transferred to the cloud.20250216_162752_1000085363_1739719672.jpg

Good evening,

   Check in OneDrive app to make sure you have photo backup enabled. In the left corner of the profile icon -> Settings -> Camera Backup. 
Please note, syncing is only possible with a personal OneDrive account, not a business / school account.

Checked now - It is personal and backup is enabled. As I wrote, few folders (like Facebook downloads and screenshots) still do sync. I have apox. 10 custom subfolders in gallery - private, business, clients, friends, hobby etc.

I have the same problem. Suddenly stopped syncing on 15/4. I thought it stopped because I changed region of my samsung account, but today I tried prob everything and it doesnt seems to help. Cleared cache in one drive, unninstalled and updated one drive, logged out from One drive, samsung account, unlinked Microsoft account from samsung account, restarted phone, turned off phone.. nothing. Then I linked everything, tapped sync in gallery and it says phone is too hot, so phone was resting in a fridge for a while😂 it seems like it always get stuck on syncing but I dont see any progress in galery..🤦🏻‍♀️ @samsung help would be appreciated here...

In my case, the syncing started again miraculously after several weeks. I guess it had to be some patch or system update. I am afraid you cannot do anything just wait. Try to contact Microsoft support, too, however in my case the support went on cold after a while.
