Hi there 👋 and warm welcome
Have you tried to do wifi and Bluetooth reset under general management settings? If so you could try wipe cache partition.
Turn off your phone
Plug into PC, tv USB, other phone via USB
Then press and hold power button and volume up until samsung logo appears
Then quickly release power button and keep holding on volume up until reboot menu shows
Then navigate with volume down button till wipe cache partition press power button restart phone.
Also you can try to run you phone into safe mode :

See if any of that helps

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

Please perform a Reset Network Settings from the main settings menu.

You will need to add your WiFi password again but you won't lose any data.

Hopefully this will refresh your connection and fix your issue.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Hello @Dan2009 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋

I can appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.

There is a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.

Fantastic troubleshooting steps highlighted by @Piper123 and @lminvti 👌,which i hope that one of these resolves your issue.

If not do try > Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

i.e https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/other-galaxy-s-series/wifi-repeatedly-switching-off-and-trying-t...

And as a last resort back up and factory reset.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎
