Yes, finger scanner is a disaster if you have dry fingers, I just received my new Ultra24, extremely disappointing, have dumped it on the side and back to using my old one and will look for another brand now as the scanner i use constantly for a password manager. If you lick your finger every time you will see it works, not so hygenic.
