Facing a big problem

Hello, 

I bought a new box pack phone just a week ago, from first day I am facing some issues even those issues never showed on 100€ devices, this device is working fine with Facebook, WhatsApp, Google map, the shop keepers just making excuses, I really regretting to buy this device, seems just waisted my money on this device, I'm Samsung user from so long but I think this company is just getting into the scams now, even for ultra devices.

The Apps you mentioned above are working fine, so where's the anomaly? Could you provide more and detailed information?
