Hi,
I bought the samsung galaxy S24 plus (SM-926B/DS) but while starting the phone for the frist time, I got this message (see photo): it says 'your phone couldn't start normally' I restarted the phone multiple times already, and I also have erased app data, but this hasn't worked either. What can I do next? Thanks in advance!

I bought it from a local company, not 2nd hand. I called them and they want me to return it and then they will send another device. So problem solved, thanks for replying!
