I upgraded my phone with the promise of free ear buds, (which I've received,) and cash back.
I'm also due cash back which I've not received.
I've checked my claim progress on line and saying approved and in process.
A email will be sent when buds and cash back will be sent.
I've had the buds but no email.
What us going on as nearly 45 days.

Why can't I I crease the width of my edge panel fold 6. It just keeps reverting back to original settings

Cashback has been very popular and we have seen a number of members in here report delays of a few days.

Whilst of course you want your cashback, as long as it is showing as approved it will come but may just be delayed a few days.
