Hello, 

Got the 24 ultra phone and was approved for the cash back 26th June, so now well outside of the 45 days agreed for the cash back. (55 days)

Emailed samsung, was told the promotions team will contact me (been a week), called them yesterday and about as useful as a wet tea towel basically said no idea when ill get paid.

What else can I do?

Same mate. 70+ days now. Complained and got escalated. Got a reply at the beginning of the week stating it will be in by the end of the week. It's Friday late evening and nothing! Joke of a company!

It's now 30 days past the 45-day latest pay date, this needs to get sorted ASAP.

You promotions team isn't helping, sorry this is unacceptable, a week maybe two I would be tolerant but come on.

I'm waiting also, 55 days now. I think it's absolutely disgusting. Just spent an hour on the phone to be told they cannot tell me when I'll receive my money.

Sorry to go on, how can they get away with it? I spent over £1000 but had budgeted this amount so really need the money. I'm just shocked and upset they are behaving like this. Many thanks
