Trying to get the 12 months free Disney+ with my new S24+ phone but says unable to find device? How do I get it?

@Mia29: The claims process has changed with the S24 series, whereby you will be required to generate your code via the Samsung Wallet app on your S24+. @AntS has put together a handy, step by step guide on how to proceed, which you can find by following the link below, and scrolling down to his post in the accepted solutions section.
