Camera problems

Hi there,

I am frustrated as I do not undetstand why I cannot switch to ultra wide lenses.It supposed to be strightforward : just pintch with 2 fingers and it should be done but on my phone on photo mode it starts from x1 , nothing below.

Is my phone faulty???

Hi, I was able contacted Samsung technical support and they remotely solved the problem.It all works fine now and I am so happy I do not need to send my phone to repair.

What was the fix then? What did Samsung say the issue was?

It was done remotely , so I am not even sure.There was like hidden update.I am not sure what they have done but camera immidiately started working properly.It was quick and efficient.I am happy as I thought I will have to send my phone back for repair. It is new phone , I have it around a week so I was upset it was not working.
