Bluetooth pairing problems

Hi.

I have an older headset JBL Reflect Mini 2 and Steelseries Artic Nova 7, which I cant find and pair under Bluetooth.

On my older S10e phone, its no problem. I have tried alot of steps allready, and i think it has something to do with bluetooth software version 14 compared to older version 12 on the S10e.

Please help?

Hello 👋 and Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum. 

This could definitely be the case going from an older headset tech to newer phones @skidesaar 

I assume you've tried options such as Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Settings  🤔 

Also see if there's a forum about of peopke who use your choice if headset and phone tonsee if the have found a resolution.

Yes I have tried that with no luck. 

I just assumed that newer phones would be backwards compatible with same technology?

I hope this will get fixed. Or can you force install older bluetooth version somehow?

Also. I just talked to JBL support, they confirm its and Android/bluetooth version issue on newer phones. Could you look into this?
