Bixby only uses text to respond

Bixby only uses text to respond, does anyone know what this down to?

is the Bixby volume all the way up?

Bixby has its own volume panel, so you need to be sure that volume bar is high enough to hear something.

Yes, it is, and somehow the voice is only operative when I've got headphones on

Can you try going to Bixby, press the Icon, then Settings, Bixby Feedback, Voice Reponse ---> Always?
