Android Auto connectivity issues

Does anyone know of a definitive fix for the S24 Ultra & Android Auto? My old S22 works fine, a family member's iPhone works fine, but my S24 Ultra has intermittent issues connecting with multiple cables. Even new branded cables that work with my phone one day will give issues the next day, when other phones are fine with them.

What brand and model is your car? I have a VW Passat and no issue so far.

Did you check that Maps and Android Auto have not been set automatically to deep sleep?

Hi there 👋, and welcome have you tried to uninstall updates on app? Go to settings > apps > android auto 3 top dots uninstall updates see if that works

Thanks both. The app wasn't set to go to deep sleep, but I installing & reinstalling updates might have fixed it. It might be too early to say as it can be intermittent, but I have hope.

Not a problem, few friends had same issue suggested uninstall updates and reinstall it seemed to work till this day. Hope problem won't appears again

Turned off battery optimization for AA ???
