Poor Battery for S24 Ultra after one UI 7 update

Ever since this one UI 7 update, my phone isn’t the same as it was before! So poor battery life!

4hrs for 75% is surely unacceptable given that I'm a light user! I used to get 8+ hrs (even 9+) with my usage previously! 
 
I contacted the support just after things went poor, they notified me that, it’s because of Instagram (its using the CPU too much and meta team has been notified). 
But i barely use instagram (30mins max/day)!!! I also resteicted it’s background usage completely, still no improvement. 

My usage with UI 6.1 and UI7 isn’t different! Not like that overnight I've become too much enthusiastic and using heavily. It's been the same as before!

Frustrating.

"Battery use during calls" zeigt es an wenn du einen erhöhten Akkuverbrauch beim telefonieren hast, Faktoren wie die Netzwerkstärke, die Bildschirmnutzung (insbesondere bei eingeschaltetem Bildschirm während des Anrufs) und die Verwendung von Bluetooth tragen alle zum Akkuverbrauch bei.

2. Facebook Messenger, X, Facebook und Instagram sind Akkufresser

Ich hatte es erst nur überflogen und dachte es war die battery Überprüfungsapp, habe daher mal meine. Beitrag korrigiert

Ist "Battery use during calls" nicht einfach der Verbrauch während eines Telefonats und nicht etwa eine App (die man installieren kann)?

Wie bereits erwähnt, haben sich weder meine Nutzung noch andere Faktoren nach der Aktualisierung geändert.


Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, was so viel Akku verbraucht.

You write that the problems only occurred after the system update.

Have you tried the Wipe Cache Partition option after these updates and cleaned your system? 🤔

As a final step, which should also be performed after every system update/initial setup, you should run the "Wipe Cache Partition" option in recovery mode.

To do this, turn off the smartphone. Connect it to the running PC/laptop/game console/USB-connected TV using a USB-C cable.

Simultaneously press and hold the power and volume up buttons on the smartphone until the logo appears and recovery mode starts.

Select the above option. Control it with the volume up and down buttons, then select it with the power button and confirm "Run."

This step will remove data junk from your smartphone that can lead to malfunctions.

You should proceed with caution when executing this function, as choosing the wrong option can lead to data loss.

If you want to monitor and optimize your smartphone even better, I recommend the Samsung Good Guardians Tools. I've been using them since their release.
