I have preordered my S24 Ultra and waited quite a bit befor it could arrive. I have been using this phone from about 2 weeks and i see the screen colors are completely dull, i use an S22 ultra aswell and the difference is drastic infact very drastic. I played aroud with almost all the settings, being a mobile expert i even explored the developer settings but nothing changed. I see VIVID mode dosent work i felt like using and old LCD screen phone. I cannot use this phone like this since this looks like a 10year backward, dated display and i feel i downgraded my phone from S22 ultra. No where Samsung mentioned about an offecial fix. i will plan to return the device if there is no update in next 7days

Hello Patrick, i read about that too, but nowhere Samsung mentioned officially about that. Moreover my time to return the device will be gone if i wait too late. I feel its a shame for an €1600/- phone

Hallo @Arda23,

Congratulations with your purchase and thank you for your message. When your S24 is fully update but you are not satified with the results you can via the Samsung Members-app also send in an error report to my colleagues of the R&D department. They can investigate this and when this can be resolved by an update this will be rolled out as soon as possible. Let us know if you succeeded.

With kind regards,

Ajay
