Minimum volume too high

When I play music or watch videos the minimum volume on is too high. If I go any lower the sound stops all together. How can I reset to minimum voloum to be lower?

Thank you for your message. Have you checked the following: Settings ---> Sounds and Vibration ---> Volume. Here you can manage sounds for different settings. Let me know if it works for you.

Hi, thanks for tryjng but rhat doesnt help. That allows me to lower the volume too the minimum level. It doesn't allow me to lower the minimum level itself. Me issue is the minimum level is still too high so I need a way to make the minimum level itself lower.

When I listen to any music or shows with my headphones. Everything is up to date

And this is only with your headphone dm0987?

In the Playstore you can also find other apps that can control your volume, maybe that will work.
