I have two issues. My S24 Ultra keeps switching from vibrate mode to sound mode automatically. If I put the phone on vibrate mode and then call someone, it switches automatically to sound mode. The second issue is that if the phone is on sound mode, the ringtone volume decreases automatically to almost zero, causing me to miss a lot of important calls. Are there any solutions?
