Thank you for your message. Is that also after restarting your S24? Have you tried charging the phone when it is phone is off for one time? Usually the charging will be normal after this. Let me know if this works.

Yes, I try to charge it, but the same situation occurs after a few minutes. It automatically changes and starts charging again.

Do you also experience this when you have started your phone in Safe Mode? With the Safe Mode you start the device without installed third-party apps, the device then only boots with standard applications. Look here for information on how to start Safe Mode on your device: https://bit.ly/3gqindd

I attempted to use the fast-charging feature. However, it does not appear to be functioning.

Thank you for your message. What is the specification of the charger you are using and have you also tried using a different cable? Have you also checke if Fast charging is on in the settings? For this go to ---> Settings ---> Battery and device care ---> Battery ---> Charging settings ---> Fast charging. Let me know if it helps.

Delete the data and cache of device health services.

You can find it under Apps > Show system apps > device health services
