Can't change language for Members app

I just came back to Galaxy with the S24 Ultra and I'm in Belgium. I however can't choose the language between Dutch, English and French. Any way to change it?

Thank you for your message and congratulations with your purchase of the S24 Ultra! Did the factory reset resolved the issue? If not, than it could be you purchased a Non-Benelux model. We then recommend to contact your seller about this, to check what is possible within their terms & conditions.

Factory reset didn't help unfortunately. It is a benelux model since I bought it from Proximus and the cashback at that time was exclusive to benelux, which I managed to qualify for. Will there be any option in the settings to actually change the language to what we'd like? It'd be so much easier.
