Hi
I cannot connect to my WIFI on my BT smart hub 2. It keeps saying incorrect password. Password has been reset 3 times now, i have tried forgetting the smart hub and restarting the phone, none of this has helped. It connects OK to other hubs/routers. Any advise would be appreciated, please keep it simple though as i am not a techie. Forgot to say that my old ACE 4 connected OK
Thanks in advance

Do any other phone's or devices like a TV etc connect to your Bt Smart Hub 2.
I have the same one with Bt Full Fibre 900 which connects to my Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra OK.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@emsfm00: Have you been able to successfully connect other devices to your BT router? If so, have you tried scanning the QR code on the back of the router, as this will register the details automatically. Keep in mind that the password is case sensitive, so please make sure to enter it exactly as it appears on the back of the router.

Thanks to everyone for offering help. In the end i had to reset the hub back to factory settings. All now OK.
