Any 1 else's galaxy wearable app not working on s23 ultra?? Recently had an update and now my apps not working with is stopping my watch connecting properly.

I've had this problem since 01/01/2024. Tried every suggested "fix" e.g. turned off & on phone & watch, unintalled app & re-installed, turned phone in to safe mode for 2 hours, unpaired & paired again, turned off auto location & date, then changed the date to 2023 & restarted the phone. None of them have worked. Contacted Samsung UK on twitter & sent an error message on this Member app. Heard nothing. Even called Samsung & got no help.

Sorry for my rant. Haha. Hope some of these suggested fixes work for others

I'm yet to try the date thing yet, but when I tried it wunt alow me to change the date as its synced with me phone so gona look into it more 2moro after work

Good luck. It's the date on the phone, apparently for some it works if the date is changed to 2023. No idea why that's the case. I've only had the watch 3 months & it worked perfectly fine until an update on my phone on Monday

Was the tomezone also changed to manual? For me the date change trick worked only after i toggled off the auto timezone.

It was. I unticked the automatic time & date, automatic time zone & location. Changed the date to multiple dates is 2023, then restarted the phone. It still didn't work for me. The watch & phone are connected, it's just the wearable app that is the issue. The watch is useless without it

Well didn't work with mine ether 😭😭, so mines still buggered and yeh I agree its nothing without the app

I had the same issue with my s23 ultra and the wearables app crashing so no notifications to galaxy watch 6. Samsung were no help at all. Fixed it myself. Went to phone settings,apps,galaxy watch6 manager and cleared the cache and the data. Then had to reinstall watch from scratch. If you take a backup of watch you can do it from backup,or install new. This fixed the problem. Hope it helps.🤞

Just spoken to Samsung again. My error report is with the developers to see if they can release another update to correct the issue.

Well fingers crossed coz it's driving me nuts, I rely on my watch alot at work so without it drives me mad.
