In order to give you the best support, I would like to ask you if your Galaxy S23 Ultra is an italian product. Do you have this information? If you bought the device in Italy, the country of origin is probably ours.
If you don't know, I kindly ask you to send me the IMEI code privately, so I can check it: it's the data you find by typing *#06# on the dialer.
To send me a private message, click on your profile icon at the top right and select the "messages" item, then enter my name (Cornelia_L) in the recipient field. If you are writing through the Samsung Members mobile app, click on my name to open my profile page and choose "direct message".
Your frontal camera works well if you use it with the native "Camera" app? If you have issues only with some third-party applications, the anomaly is probably related to them. It would be useful, in case, to inform the developer.
Have you tried to remove and reinstall one of these applications, for security?

thanks for the details.
Since the camera works well using the native Camera app, we can say that the component is fully functional.
The issue you are experiencing, is probably due to the way as applications interface with the camera. Unfortunately, we have no possibility to intervene on this aspect, because we don't know how these applications work. Compatibility and operation of third-party applications are responsibility of the developers.
Just to be safe: have you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling one of these apps, so as to check if the operation changes?
If you don't get any improvements, the best thing is report everything to the developers.
