Video Stuttering & Unstable FPS on s23 ultra

Here in the 1st second or so in the video you can see stutter. It happens often too. Samsung please fix this

Really bad.... I purchased this after somany reviews over Iphone 14....but it was all fake i think....

Samsung please solve the issue at the earliest.....

I have been trying to get this issue sorted since February!
Vanessa at Customer Services no says that Samsung are not aware of the issue and correspondence is now closed.
Samsung still refuse to read any posts of forums regarding this including their own

Ho un Samsung s23 ultra e registrando video UHD 30fps nei primi secondi di registrazione lagga. I dati del video tavolta riportano 26fps o 29fps. Usando lo zoom lagga nuovamente. Il problema non si presenta registrando in UHD 60fps o FHD 30 fps. Per piacere risolvete il prima possibile questo baco che sembra essere sw. Grazie
