Oh my since the update I've noticed that so much has changed especially with names and having to sign in again my phone still isn't up to how I love it like I still can't add mobile billing to galaxy store and also is Samsung pay or wallet any good I use google

Surprised to read you've had to sign into stuff again following the One UI6 Stable update. Certainly not my experience.

Google Wallet is my preference over Samsung Wallet but each to their own. FYI (if you're not already aware), Google Wallet won't work in future beta releases such as Android 15. Never does. Have to wait for stable versions. Not familiar with Samsung Wallet so couldn't say about that.

In relation to your mobile billing question (and please forgive me if you've already tried all this)

Go to Google Play Store
Click on your image top right (in my case it is the first letter of my name)
Payment Method and Subscriptions
Payment Methods

In my case, half way down the screen there is an option for Vodafone Billing
