Hi @ilyesung, welcome you to the Community!
The error you detect indicates that the device is unable to hook up to the server to search for updates. Often this inconvenience depends on a temporary problem on the servers or on the network.
Have you been trying for a long time or did you only look for updates today? If this is the first time you have tried, wait a few hours or try again tomorrow just to rule out a temporary glitch on the server. If the glitch has persisted for some time, however, it would be helpful to try connecting the device to another network. Do you have a way to do this test? If you have the chance, you can also try connecting it to a network generated by a smartphone with a WIFI tethering function.
In case you are unable to proceed, I can recommend that you look for the update using our Smart Switch program:
Let me know.
Have a nice day!

Hi @ilyesung,
have you tried to search for updates using Smart Switch, as suggested by Virginia?
It you have the same issue, I will ask you some informations.
Was the device purchased new or used?
Have you ever received software updates since you’ve owned the product?
Have you ever used unofficial programs to update or modify the smartphone's software?
Lastly: can you say where the device comes from? Are you currently in Italy?
Let me know.
Have a nice day!

Hi @ilyesung,
what you're experiencing is probably due to the location you are in.
If you did not specifically purchase the smartphone in your Country but imported from another, you may end up in a situation like this.
Every Country has indeed a separate software infrastructure, thus updates follow geographical alignment.
Simply put: if you purchased the mobile in Italy or from Italy and then shipped it to Algeria, the device "expect" to connect to the italian Samsung servers: unable to find them, then the error.
Could you clarify better your current situation?
Let us know, have a nice day.

Hi @ilyesung, thank you for the details!
Keep in mind that, in this case, resetting the device would not solve the problem, which is related to the geographical area for which the smartphone is intended.
In this case, to verify the market for which the product is intended, I ask you to contact me via private message providing me the IMEI code.
You can easily send me a private message using the following link:

I remain at your complete disposal.
Have a nice day!
