I've been using the Samsung upgrade lounge via Klarna (previously close brothers) year after year since the S9 I've recently received my s23 ultra yet no return bag or lable.
Ive emailed and emailed but apparently I'm a new customer so it's impossible to return my old device, what ever that means, so it appears I'm stuck with two devices and two monthly payments.
I'm certain I didn't do anything out of the ordinary since I have to use the loan agreement from my previous device to even purchase the new one. I got asked all the usual questions: what condition is my s22 in etc.
Anyone else had this issue? I'm starting to think the only option is to just return my s23 ultra and carry on the payments of my s22 ultra.
