Can't understand why I have zero reward points when I have purchased my last 3 Samsung phones from the Samsung website 🤔 I don't believe these rewards exist!

The rewards only last for a given time, if you haven't used them to purchase any further orders then you will lose them.

Did you make sure you logged in before placing your order for the phone to be eligible to be rewarded these points.

Mine usually says 0 points until I click on it then it updates. How long does it take for the points to expire? I'm sure some of mine are around 1 year old by now.

Update: Just checked and they expire after 24 months in general. Bonus offers may be less.
