S23Ultra issue when phoning someone

Hey all, I’ve got a problem with my s23 ultra, when i phone someone i get the usual phone tone, but when they answer i get nothing, cant hear anyone (phone volume is up) and they cant hear me. But when they phone me back it works all fine. Anyone else having this problem?

May I ask does this happen everywhere you go or in a certain area, and does this happen with a particular contact or them all ?

Please consider these troubleshooting steps. 

• Reset your Network Settings in General Management. 
• Try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens. 
• Try another sim card in your phone and then see what happens. 
• Run the phone's diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App. 
• A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.

Hi,

Does it with any contact i phone, my sister has the same phone and has the same issue. I factory reset my phone yesterday thinking it might of been a iseeue with a update, but still having the same issue, not got another phone that i can try it out on.And what diagnostic do i run?

Are you and your sister on same carrier? Maybe a network issue

I haven't had issue on Samsung phone iced to on the old Nokia and was a network issue
