Hi
After the recent firmware update on samsung s23 ultra, some of my apps are not working and some are getting very slow to load.
specially my outline vpn is not working and getting the following error.

You could try > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

i have tried all these options, still my outline vpn app is not connecting to my vpn server.
getting the same error.

@Adnankhalid Did you clear the cache before restating affected apps, you may need to try reinstalling them. Seem s clearing cache partition did not solve it.
An other idea is to try in Safe Mode in case conflict with 3rd party apps , if ok there would pinpoint recent 3rd party apps which have been installed. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/?srslti...
As a last resort could Factory reset, ensure Data is backed up before doing so though.

i have tried in the safe mode, but outline app is grayed out in safe mode, you cannot access that app.
i don't know, how safe mode will help in this situation. you have very limited things to do in safe mode.

Check with app developer maybe they need to update their app

there is no new update from the developer on the playstore.

Some reports/reviews of the app not working. Try some other similar app
