S23 Ultra. Can't update apps in Google Play

Hi, Google Play doesn't want me to update apps anymore. I keep receiving the message 'Can't Update'. I use mobile Internet and have good reception. Play is set to update over any network.

I have cleared the Play cache and had numerous restarts of the phone, but this has gone on for a few days. 

What else can I try? Thanks

Are the apps set for WiFi update ??

No, It's still set to any network

You could try going on to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store then hitting the 3 dots in the corner and uninstalling updates, restart your phone and then update it again

Open play store> click on your profile picture>settings >about>update play store. If that fails try checking for any security updates. Settings >security and privacy>Updates>Google Play System Update.

That half worked, thanks. Google Play now doesn't show any of my apps, but when I tried to update one that was on the earlier list (from memory) it updated and now appears alone on my Play list of apps.

**Edited to add, this and finally being able to update the Play app seems to have solved it.
