Hi, @pepsikennedy. I'm sorry that you've had cause for concern about the display of your new S23 Ultra. That doesn't sound right to me, and it's important that you get this working/appearing as expected.
Would it be possible to upload a photo that shows the blurriness you've noticed?
Furthermore, please can you elaborate on the steps you've followed to resolve this?

Are you able to take a photo of your phones display using another phone and then upload it here in your thread so we can get a handle on what's happening.
