S23 plus - Airpods Pro - no sound

Hi all

wonder if you can help me please. 

Has galaxy buds all ok, but bought some airpods (as i prefer the fit) 

I connected....all good. put them away and the next time I use them, its all connected but no sound?

I have to rest them each time i want to use them. 

The buds were connect straight away each time. 

Has anyone had this issue please? and if so, is there a little fix / setting i need to do?

Hi @Members_YP4ZwRO.

I'd suggest that you reset the network settings on the phone by going to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > Tap Reset. Then, restart your phone to give it a fresh start. When it turns back on, try to establish a new connection with the earbuds.

Do you have any other Apple devices and use the Airpods with them also ?

If so, when I used an iPad pro with Pods, and then tried them with my Samsung laptop, I had the issue you described, for me the Airpods auto defaulted to the iPad.

It's still not working. Still toooo soft to listen to anything.
