My phone went flat I put on charge, I normally use fingerprint to open, it now says pattern, I haven't a clue what it is. Tried soft reset, i'm now on a 2hr wait before I can try next pattern ....send HELP

Contact Samsung Customer Services and they'll guide you over the phone on what to do @Weezey

I had the same problem but that was because I genuinely forgot the password I was using for years (was a tough week) but since I never ticked off Samsung's remot unlock and tracking features my only option was to rest the phone by going into the phones recovery mode. Since it bypasses the need for the unlock pin but you will need to know your Google password you had on the device during the setup.

May be you are lucky you got someone to help you, for sure Samsung  support team do not give help. They give information that contradict each other.
