S-pen got stuck in samsung galaxy s23 ultra

My new samsung galaxy s23 ultra s-pen got stuck inside the device. Not something that I expect from a flagship phone to happen within 2 weeks 😪

Oh that's not good! I've heard of a similar problem with the s22 ultra. Saw a video of someone using WD-40 to release it. However, if its something you fancy trying I'd go with the WD-40 specialist contact cleaner as its made for electrical connections and circuit boards etc.

In the video they sprayed a little bit around the edge of the s-pen while it was stuck inside the phone, left it to work for a minute, and then pressed the s-pen a few times and it came out.

I'm no expert though. Maybe see what Google comes up with to help 😊

My advice will be to visit the retailer you got the phone from or contact Samsung Customer Support to arrange for it to be looked at.
Spray oils may compromise the integrity of the seals in the phone.
This would void the warranty

Same issue over here, ive had the phone for about 2 weeks and the stylus is stuck, cannot get it out. For the money the phone costs this is awful! Will be asking for a full refund.

I have the same issue with the S23 Ultra. S pen got stuck.

• I just purchased s23 ultra 12gb ram 512 gb storage phone for 1.35 lac and s pen stuck within 5 days, took my phone to Croma and they told me to contact Samsung service centre to fix this issue and when I went to service centre they showed me pictures of s pen reason why it stuck and asked me to pay INR 3100 to order a new s pen. Samsung I'm very disappointed and seller both as this problem comes when you try put screen protector on the screen and glue stuck in s pen, why you don't tell this to customers at point of selling your expensive phones to everyone

Are you saying you put a screen protector on the phone and it glued the S Pen to its socket? What kind of screen protector would do that?

Exactly they told me the same and I am irritate af now because of this excuse.
