Remote factory settings

I have recently upgraded my handset and need to return my old S10+ Note back to factory settings as its being returned. My issue is that the screen has been cracked and now not allowing me to return it to factory setting so my question is can this be done remotely at all? Thanks in advance.

No, unfortunately, the phone can be erased remotely but you need access to remove any Samsung or Google accounts.
