Samsung Galaxy S23+ shut off yesterday as I was using it. It had 60-70 battery life. It will not turn on. Using my samsung charger plugged into the wall it does not do anything, it wont charge. Left on for hours and would not turn on. Soft boot did not start either. Going through the troubleshooting steps I used my samsung charger and plugged into my laptop Type C. It started to vibrate, displays a charge circle, but does not start to charge or turn on. The display goes off and on with the same display and vibrate repeating in 10 second intervals. Left this plugged in for hours as well with no charge and will not start.
Any suggestions? I got this phone in 2023 over a year old.

If you bought the device new, and noting you've said you've tried all the usual fixes, I would reach out to your supplier of the device and arrange for it to go in for a repair under warranty.
Do you happen to live within touching distance of a Samsung Experience Store at all? If yes, book an appointment and pop in to see the tech experts and see if they can help....
