One UI 6 battery Consumption

Is One UI 6 with Android 14 consuming much battery than 5 with 13? 

I just updated last night and since then, with my use, I am noticing the downgrade of the battery power.

Me and my wife got the s23 ultra and definitely noticed a quicker battery drain among other issues like taking longer to load the content of multiple apps screen touch responses issues connecting with printer problems using some apps like Samsung Internet and secure folders etc.
All apps have been updated to the last version. Even reinstall some apps but they didn't make any difference.

Don't get me wrong I like the new update and new features I think they are great but I use the phone for work and the overall experience right now is not satisfactory on my opinion.

I have Samsung S23 Ultra. Since I updated to Android 14, I feel that the battery drains a little faster.

I googled this problem and came across this page. Please Samsung fix this problem with an update

Same here! The actual SOT against a 100% battery is something that is missing from One UI 13. And it's draining quite faster

literally me too but I just updated few days ago I think two days ago did your battery return to be good? and should I wait too?

One UI  6 is garbage.  MyS23 Ultra is One UI 6 now which  was not my decision.   My phone goes through 2x the amount of battery since the update was done.    We should be allowed to downgrade back to One 5 if we so chose.   

Not to mention I found more or it it forces you to update your apps as well  if theres a new update.   Mine has been doing that.   Any apps I have (had)  prior to the samsung update  I cant now unless they are updated.
