Hi,

I can not find my Disney+ code. I've not being sent an email with the code and there is nothing relevant to Disney in my account.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

This can occasionally happen but first do please check any email spam in-folder just incase it's dropped into there @Members_90ZJO8S

@Members_90ZJO8S: Please be aware that you are required to claim your Disney+ code on the Samsung Boost website via the link below.

https://www.samsung.com/uk/boost/disney/

I recommend heading to the website using Google Chrome on your Galaxy device, and selecting 'Sign in with Galaxy device' when prompted. The code will be generated on the website itself, and won't be emailed to you. Once the code has been generated, you will be redirected to disneyplus.com to create an account, and register the code. Let me know how you get on.
