Just found out S9180 (Asia Hong Kong) do not support eSIM.

S918B/DS has eSIM support.

Yes that's the S21 series and not the S23. The S23 Series uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 in all markets as far as I'm aware.

The info you posted is about the S21 so I would not apply that to the S23 Series since they made quite a few changes from then. They differ in other things but not the processor.

Same issue here. Purchased an eSim online and realized there's no add eSim feature in my SIM management, when scanning the QR only jumped to the wearable app. Luckily I still have an old z flip that can active the eSim

If you need the eSim feature please avoid the SM-S9180 (Hongkong variation)

Yes its shameful for Samsung as even samsung website mentioned that all S23 models support esim.  We all effected users must complain to Samsung HQs

I feel cheated that my S23 ultra SM-S9180 (HK version) does not have e-sim. It needs rectifying. Samsung needs to look into this!
