No information on Google earth

No words ie no street names no building names, any thoughts on this?

Press the layers option in the top right corner, you can then select what it shows you when looking at google earth.

I've already done everything to get it to work,layers is set to everything but to no avail even the pegman is not showing a blue line

Delete it and reinstall it works

No not really, it just started working properly again after about 3 months
