Hi @Judon  Welcome to the Samsung community :smiling-face:

if resetting the Network settings does not sort it and nothing detected with Diagnostics a few other suggestions. obviously if issue in Diagnostics would need to contact Support.  Switch between 5G and 4 G to see if that makes any difference, if seems to sort it try the 5G setting again.

Turn your Mobile Data off and on and Reboot to see if that has an impact.

However you may need to clear the cache partition which can sometimes help,  temporary cache files can become outmoded/corrupt.

Follow these steps:

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

No kidding, you have got to be kidding!

This all started with update number six on some people's phones it happened on update 7 on mine and probably a couple hundred thousand people worldwide to this day we have hardly any connection outside of the wireless network in the house or whatever building you're in. I lost 5G all together I have spotty 4G service and if I drop service all together I have to hit airplane mode for a minute go back off airplane mode and it may grab a bar or two You're going to get suggestions to do everything except a factory reset some people had results but I think it's from something else these updates are damaging hardware that's right software damaging a hardware it is affecting the communications to the antenna on the motherboard Samsung knows this is wrong but will not admit to it. I've been dealing with it for 6 months and I just saw them send me this number eight update no f****** way am I putting That update on my phone.  So what I suggest is Google some questions and use the IU7 instead of IU 8 because this is brand new this problem but you will see you have the exact problem that people had with the IU7 and they'll be some suggestions to do it yourself most of them I see is clearing the partition I've tried everything to no avail

Good luck I am looking to switch over to Apple myself

And this has worked for you yourself?

Or are you just making suggestions?

If any of it worked for yourself what part did?

I'm going to assume nothing worked except probably clearing the partition if that's the case it had nothing to do with the update

I have not experienced this issue personally but the Troubleshooting a few of is have suggested can help. It may be that you need to send an Error Report via Samsung Members for further investigation. Go to Samsung Members-Support. Send report and include system logs . There is also the Chat Service and Remote Management.

Thanks for the advice I never thought of trying that. What I did start was a litigation with my attorney I should say attorneys, we have two in the family. They are collecting information from hundreds of others that are having the same issue. Hopefully a class action lawsuit will develop but again thanks I'm going to try that now

Same problem here since a couple of hours ago, right after installing One UI 8 on a Galaxy A53.

So happy for you and glad James could help you. Unfortunately this doesn't help all of us with flagship phones it does work on the A series but not the s22 through s24. Although some members reported that it did work on their phones that I listed and put most likely these were other issues that were holding their phone up.
