I use the free MS Launcher which allows great control over the icon grid and the Dock, the bottom row

Looking good, @davehorne. One of the beauties of Android and One UI is the freedom it offers to make the device your own, both natively and through 3rd party options, so it's great to see some examples of that. Enjoy!
