Spending cap on your tariff (mine is set to £0 for example to ensure I don't run up a bill - all networks offer this service)
To have Premium Rate messages turned off on your account with you network.
Your network has flagged the number as spam / fraudulent.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.
