I just updated to OneUI6.1 and now I can't do anything on my screen

After updating a tip message came up that has locked my phone home screen telling me to circle something so that I can search. It won't let me press anything outside of the top down and the home button from the bottom up. This has effectively bricked my phone.

After the third restart it eventually had the tip leave and I can use my phone again

Hiya, sorry to hear that you had problems after you updated to 1ui 6.1. On your galaxy s23 ultra.i have this update, and the same phone. I had no problems with my phone . It's probably because I do restart. on my phone. twice week. I hope this helps others with this problem
