Hi @Erana! Congrats on your S23! If this offer is being offered directly with O2, you may be best to speak to O2 directly. We can see that they are offering free Buds2 Pro Graphite, however, no indication on how to claim. Please contact O2 directly.

I did that and they said I need to go type I to Google " samsung free ear buds" I did this buy there's nothing about the buds or how to claim them, I'm probably best popping into the shop and getting them to do it for me
