Galaxy s23 continues to drop wifi to 4g.Virgin media wifi is 1g hub5 excellent speeds everything in the house on wifi work fine.Techician visited and tested wifi .Faultless high download speeds no signal drop anywhere in house. My husbands s22fe works fine top speeds no probs.

Phone is 2months old from new.On Three sim card.

Dropped 13 times so yesterday and today already 4 times...no Internet...connected to 4g which is a very poor signal.

Frustrating situation can anyone point me to a solution that will fix this.Tested many times reset, updated checked network features on and off in developer mode.Put sim in s22fe no problems.

S23fe is frustrating and not fit to use as of now

Have you tried resetting the network settings? Head over to settings > general management, then scroll down to reset, then click reset wifi and bluetooth settings

Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community!

Going to give 2 replies as im not totally sure whats being asked.

Your home broadband wouldnt be related to your SIM in terms of the signal- so theres not really any corelation here- if 4g is showing, youre not using your home broadband, but your sim instead. Your virgin broadband is fast but your sim is slow om your device? Virgin uses O2 and three is their own, different towers, speeds and coverage.

In terms of your SIM- three has 4g coverage pretty much everywhere but 5g speeds are limited- (im on three)

Unless you mean youre being disconnected from your home broadband and its forcing you to use your mobile data?

Just in case I've misunderstood Im also going to add if you mean your home broadband is slow on your device and works fine on everyone else's?

Settings- general- reset- network settings.

Samsung members app- support- diagnostics. All pass okie.

Using any VPNs?

Any routines setup on the routines app?

Settings- connections- wifi- click gear icon-view more- IP settings- change to static- DNS 2= 1.0.0.1- DNS 2= 1.0.0.1
*this may not be too helpful but worth a try

Worse case contacting samsung support for them to have a look at the phone-
